He uses these skills and employs lived experience, along with years of learning and practice to help executives and their teams identify their purpose and establish a path to achieve the goals they set for themselves and their businesses.  His clients range from leaders in small non-profit organizations to the most senior executives in multi-national, publicly traded companies. Tray is also an accomplished national speaker and able to connect with various audiences on a range of leadership, executive development, and other specialized topics.

A seasoned leadership executive with over 30 years of experience in senior management roles, including over two decades at a Fortune 50 company, Tray has worked directly with and coached C-suite, senior, mid-level, and junior leaders in all aspects of career growth and personal mastery. Tray also has expertise as a Chief Growth Officer, focused on strategic evolution, organization turnaround, brand development, and capital management, among other areas.  In addition, he has diverse experience across a wide range of business, including operations, innovation, marketing, human resources, corporate strategy, and working directly with CEOs, Founders, and Boards of Directors.

As your Executive Coach, I am committed to your success, and I will do whatever I can to help you achieve your goals. I make myself available between coaching sessions and will respond to emails, review and provide feedback on presentations, and hold interim calls on emergent issues that come up for you, professionally or personally.
