While each coaching varies based upon specific client needs, here are typical steps we follow:

Identify high potential talent and/or teammates who have leadership skill gaps that need to be strengthened.
Discuss learning opportunities with direct supervisor and HR leadership.
Conduct one-on-one 360 discussions with direct reports, peers, and/or internal clients (as needed).
Work with coachee to create professional and personal growth plans.
Meet with coachee monthly to work on development actions and interim assignments.
Check-in with supervisor and/or sponsor at mid-point to gauge progress and make plan adjustments, as necessary.
Review progress annually with program sponsor.

Tray is an exceptional storyteller, communicator, and student of human behavior and leadership dynamics. He uses these skills and employs lived experience, along with years of learning and practice to help executives and their teams identify their purpose and establish a path to achieve the goals they set for themselves and their businesses. His clients range from leaders in small non-profit organizations to the most senior executives in multi-national, publicly traded companies. Tray is also an accomplished national speaker and able to connect with various audiences on a range of leadership, executive development, and other specialized topics.

A seasoned leadership executive with over 30 years of experience in C-suite and senior management roles, including over two decades at a Fortune 50 company, Tray has worked directly with and coached executives, senior, mid-level, and junior leaders in all aspects of career growth and personal mastery. Tray also has expertise in corporate strategy, organization turnaround, brand development, and capital management, among other areas. In addition, he has diverse experience across a wide range of business, including operations, innovation, marketing, human resources, corporate strategy, and working directly with CEOs, Founders, and Boards of Directors.

Coaching is more than just the face-to-face hours we will schedule together.

As your Executive Coach, I am committed to your success, and I will do whatever I can to help you achieve your goals. I make myself available between coaching sessions and will respond to emails, review and provide feedback on presentations, and hold interim calls on emergent issues that come up for you, professionally or personally.

We have taken years to become the human beings we are today, building our personalities by work, commitment, and sometimes by accident.
